Description: Terrestrial orchid; tuber ovoid, c. 3 cm in dia. Leaves sheathing at base, radical glossy dark green, 10–12 x 6–9 cm, adpressed to the surface. Scape 6–9 cm with four more or less enveloping bracts. Inflorescences rather dense with 6–12 flowers. Flowers bright white; lip spurred with yellow lemon blotch on disc at entrance to spur, twisted, tip greenish. Column-foot absent. Stigma with two closely spaced, cushion-shaped lobes. | | | |
Distribution: Endemic to Thailand, recorded from Prachinburi, Saraburi (Sam Lan), and Mukdahan (Huai Huat), in mixed deciduous forest at low altitudes.
