Accepted Name : Leptochilus pedunculatus (Hook. & Grev.) Fraser-Jenk.
Taxon. Revis. Indian Subcontinental Pteridophytes: 62. 2008.


Description : Very close to the preceding species, differs only in: fertile laminae not so contracted, acuminate at apex; sori narrower, up to 1 mm broad, more than 1 mm apart from each other.


Thailand : PENINSULAR: Nakhon Si Thammarat (Khao Luang).


Distribution : China (Kwangtung and Kwangsri – type).


Ecology : On muddy rocks in dense evergreen forests at medium altitudes.


Notes: This is close to the preceding species, and there are some variation in the fertile fronds even among the plants not so many in number. We can arrange various degree of the contraction of the fertile fronds in this and the prceding species.
