1. Leaflets entire; upper surface glabrous, lower surface sparsely pubescent especially on the midrib. Inflorescence sparsely puberulous or glabrescent; petals glabrous. Fruit glabrous 2
2. Leaves 28–47 cm long, lower surfaces densely velvety tomentose; petioles 15–19.5 cm long, lenticellate. Panicles puberulous, 19–35 cm 3
2. Leaves 10.5–28 cm long, lower surfaces usually glabrous; petioles 3–9.5 cm long, not lenticellate. Panicles glabrous, 10–29 cm 4
3. Leaves and panicles yellowish-brown tomentose. Leaflets broadly ovate-oblong to elliptic, 10–18 by 5–11 cm, nerves crowded. Peduncles lenticellate, usually ending with 2 flowered cymules; pedicels 1–3 mm long 5. R. wallichii
3. Leaves and panicles rusty tomentose. Leaflets narrowly oblong-lanceolate, 8.5–13 by 2–5 cm, nerves not crowded. Peduncles not lenticellate, usually ending in dense clusters; flowers subsessile 1. R. fulva
