Description : Stems forming (ovoid-)oblongoid, somewhat compressed pseudobulbs, 3–7.5 cm long, 1–1.5 cm in diameter. Leaves (1–)2–5 per pseudobulb, sessile (though sometimes tapering into a petiole-like base), linear to (ob)lanceolate, obtuse to acute, 29.5–50.7 by 2.2–4.6 cm. Inflorescences arising from near the apex of pseudobulbs, axis pubescent with cinnamon-coloured stellate hairs; peduncle 12–21.5 cm long; rachis 14–20 cm long; floral bracts fleshy, (triangular-)ovate, rounded to acute, 1.2–1.6 mm long, entire, densely pubescent on the dorsal surface. Flowers mainly yellowish green (column, petals and proximal part of sepals rose-coloured to reddish purple). Sepals more or less spreading, pubescent with stellate hairs on their dorsal surface; dorsal sepal boat-shaped, oblong to elliptic, rounded to subacute, 3.5–4.4 by 1.9–2.7 mm; lateral sepals very obliquely triangular-reniform, obtuse, 2.8–3.6 by 4.9–6 mm, at base connate to form a ca 2 mm long, subspherical mentum together with the column foot. Petals spreading, falcately linear-oblong to lanceolate-oblong (rarely obliquely ovate), obtuse (to rounded), (2.8–)3.4–3.8 by 1.1–1.3(–2.8) mm. Labellum describing a very acute angle to the column foot, oblanceolate-oblong to somewhat fiddle-shaped with incurved sides in its proximal part and undulate margins in its distal part, rounded to acute, 4.9–6.5 mm by 2–2.8 mm, glabrous. Column 1.1–1.4 mm long; foot 4.2–4.7 mm long; anther rounded to nearly truncate in front. Ovary with pedicel 6.5–9.9 mm long, densely pubescent with stellate hairs. Capsule not seen.
